Okay lazy champion, let’s get to it! All the recipes in this website are easy -as you might have guessed from the title-, it’s just a matter of following the steps. But I think you may also mean quick and with the ingredients you have at home, right?
Well, here’s a selection of some easy, quick and low-in-ingredients recipes that you can make for dinner:

Courgette (or zucchini) carpaccio
A quite fancy an extremely easy small dish that you can prepare in no time.

Bread pizza
Pizza is either pre-made or takes a long time to make, but bread pizza is the easiest alternative if you have some bread at home.

An exciting salad
Salads doesn’t have to be just lettuce with tomato and carrot. In this post I show you how to make a million salads (give or take), so there’s a great chance you’ll like one or two of them.

Pasta bolognese
Have you ever cooked one? I don’t mean pasta with tomato passata, I mean an actual bolognese sauce.

Mushroom risotto
If you’re up for a more elaborate -but still easy- recipe this is the one for you. Dining a risotto with a glass of wine is one of the best ways to finish the day, specially on a date 😉.

Omelette
And last but not least, make an omelette! It’s a super-quick meal and you can add virtually anything to it. Here I show you how to make a proper one (and 4 other different ways of cooking eggs, just in case).
