Hey macho! How was your cross-fit session today? And what about your protein shake? Yeah, throw that shit away and invest two minutes in preparing your own tasty protein smoothie.
- In a blender pour almost a glass of almond milk. Okay, 200 ml if you are a measure freak, but if you’re thirsty after your hard workout make it a full glass.
- Add two spoons of oats, a frozen banana and a handful of blueberries -frozen or not, I don’t really care, you’re the one drinking it, not me.
- Now add the protein: two egg whites -or a scoop of your less disgusting protein powder- and two teaspoons of chia seeds.
- Sweeten it up with a dash of honey, blend it all together and drink it while doing 20 one-arm pull-ups for a perfect workout! 💪💪
